How do you rate the quality of your products?

All of our products are 100 per cent original, as they are sourced directly from world-renowned medical manufacturers, which you can tell after the first injection administered or tablet taken.

We work with Alpha Pharma, BM Pharmaceuticals, Dragon Pharma, Eminence Labs, Magnum Pharmaceuticals, Maxtreme, Pharmacom Labs, and a variety of additional brands.

Am I legally allowed to order these products in Australia?

Because laws change from country to country, we recommend that you consult with a knowledgeable lawyer about Australia’s regulations and limits to understand the potential legal repercussions of ordering our products.

PLACING AN ORDER

What is the maximum number of orders I can place at one time?

There is no limit to the number of items you can place an order for. However, you should consult with a knowledgeable professional about the quantity you intend to purchase because there may be import rules in place for that specific substance in that quantity.

We recommend that first-time consumers make a test purchase, and if they are satisfied with our services, we will gladly serve them again.

Do I need a prescription to place an order?

No, to order from us you don’t need to provide a prescription!

How long does the ordering and shipping procedure take?

Once the order is placed, an order confirmation email with a list of the purchased products is sent to your contact email.

We process and ship your item within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. The overall shipping time to an Australian shipping address is typically 5 to 17 days, but it may be affected by a variety of circumstances, including our shipping method, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, and so on. Therefore, we can only provide an estimate based on our historical data and previous experience.  

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We are one of the few online steroid shops that take major credit cards as payment.

However, we do not recommend that first-time customers use their credit cards to place orders totalling more than $1050. Clients who place orders of more than $1050 should ideally pay by bank transfer, money transfer (such as MoneyGram), or by using a cryptocurrency, e.g. Bitcoin.

Customers who use these kinds of payment methods do not need to be verified, and they will receive a 10% discount on large orders when they don’t pay with a credit card.

Our repeat clients receive a discount on each new order and can pay with a credit card for any amount.

What is the procedure for processing my payment?

We may ask you to verify your order after you’ve made a credit card payment. This is why we must have your current phone number. If your order fails to pass our verification or we are unable to contact you, your credit card payment will be declined, and you will be given the option of paying using the alternative payment method indicated above.

Your card will be only charged once your payment has been validated and has passed through our anti-fraud check. Approved payments are usually processed and cleared within 1-2 business days, and your order is then ready to ship.

My card was not charged after I placed an order.

Your card will not be debited right away once you make a transaction. The verification procedure can take anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days. Please contact us if your card isn’t charged within 2 business days of your order, and we’ll look into it.

My billing and delivery addresses are not the same.

This isn’t an issue as long as the names on the credit card and the shipping address match. However, if the payment gateway advises us to check this order, please be aware that we will require additional verification.

We request payment via any alternative payment option if the billing country differs from the shipping country.

Is it possible to pay by bank transfer, and if so, what are the benefits of doing so?

Any order paid by bank transfer will receive a 5% discount and we also reimburse the cost of bank transfers. For example, if your order is for $400 and you prefer to pay by bank transfer, the total amount you will need to send is $400 – $20 (5 per cent off) – $40 (fee for bank transfer) = $340

If your order total exceeds $1050, we will give you a 10% discount on top of any other discounts you may be eligible for (returning customer discount, promo code, or limited special offers), plus we will cover bank transfer expenses.

European customers can make payments to our EU bank account through Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfers. SEPA transactions are free, and you’ll receive a 10% discount on any order.

Bank payments do not require verification and are usually handled and cleared within 1-2 business days. As a result, you will receive your order sooner.

What methods are used to deliver products?

Your order is processed for delivery after a successful payment, and a tracking code is supplied within 2-5 business days.

Please note that express airmail deliveries are not currently available for orders sent to Australia. To reduce the chances of products getting confiscated at customs, we only offer regular airmail.

What methods are used to ship bulk/large quantity orders?

If your order is too large to fit in the same standard small shipping envelopes we use for small orders, we will split it into the appropriate number of smaller separate envelopes. We guarantee that no matter how large your order is, it will be treated with the same amount of attention and repackaging care as a small order. Furthermore, you will only have to pay a single shipping and handling fee once, regardless of the overall size of your order.

Is it possible that there may be a shipping delay?

Because shipping time is affected by a variety of factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, and so on, we can only provide an estimate based on statistics based on past orders to your area in Australia.

On average, 80–85% of airmail packages arrive within 10 days, with the remaining 20% arriving within 10-17 business days. This is due to inconsistencies among postal representatives and not to any inefficiency on our side. Customs clearance in the country where the products are being exported from, as well as import customs processing in Australia, are the main causes of delays. This is the most common reason why the tracking website will indicate that your parcel has not moved for over five days.

Every international shipment typically goes through the local and national postal services in the country of origin, followed by exportation and shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to the destination country with the international postal service, importation (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal services in Australia (or whichever other destination country).

The overall delivery time is affected by each subsequent step. Even if the bulk of these stages are completed successfully and on time, inefficiency or temporary idleness in any one of them is enough to cause the delivery time to exceed the customary and authorized time range.

Is it possible to get my parcel sent to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can send your order to a post office box.

Is it necessary to sign for my order when it arrives?

Yes, our shipping method necessitates your signature upon arrival.

When you receive your order and then later claim that you never received anything, we can use this information to combat any false chargebacks.

Since we provide proof of correspondence with you, your order information, pictures of your parcel’s contents before it is shipped, and evidence from the postal service that your parcel has been delivered, we have a high success rate in winning such credit card disputes.

The disadvantage for you is that such false disputes can damage your credit report, affecting your credit history in the long term and requiring you to pay a fine to the credit card provider, which can range from $35 to $280!

From where do you ship?

Our warehouses are based in India, Singapore, Thailand, and the European Union. The name of our business is not printed on any packages, and shipments are sent from a variety of locations to ensure maximum discretion and the best chance of arrival.

Which countries do you accept orders from?

We don’t only ship to Australia: we ship all around the world!

IMPORTING YOUR GOODS

What if customs seizes the package?

We have an immaculate track record of getting parcels through Australian customs.

Even if products get seized (a 1% possibility based on our statistics over the years), we offer redelivery or credit towards new purchases on our site, even if products are confiscated.

All we need is an official statement from the post office or customs confirming the shipment has been halted, and we’ll organize a fresh delivery within three business days.

According to the shipping tracking website, my tracking code is not recognized.

Your parcel first needs to be approved for export by the customs officials in the country it is being exported from. This process typically takes 72 hours, and only once the parcel is approved for export does the shipping service provider enable the tracking code you received.

Please notify us if the tracking website indicates that your parcel has not moved locations for 3 business days already, as this would suggest that the parcel was rejected for export, and we will then need to look into it, reimburse you, or resend your order. 

My tracking code appears to be inactive.

This is what normally happens when items are held at customs pending export clearance.

This isn’t to say there is necessarily an issue to be concerned about. If, after 10 days, your tracking code shows no progress, please contact us and we’ll check into it. We also propose that you contact your local post office using the tracking code for more information on where the item is currently situated and the reason for it being stuck.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

The order has arrived, but it is incomplete.

If you have any problems, please contact us. We’ll need a picture of everything you received, including packaging labels, to be sent to us. This will aid us in determining how this occurred and preventing similar issues in the future.

Within two business days, we usually have the results of our investigation. As a result, we can compensate you with the redelivery of lost items, a partial refund, a credit towards a future purchase, or a discount coupon.
