How do you evaluate the quality of your products?

All of our products are sourced directly from world-renowned medical manufacturers, so you know they are 100% original the first time you administer an injection or take a tablet.

We work with Alpha Pharma, BM Pharma, Dragon Pharma, Eminence Labs, Magnum Pharma, Maxstream, Pharmacom Labs, and various other brands.

Is it legal to order these products in Australia?

Because laws vary from country to country, we recommend that you consult with an attorney knowledgeable about Australian regulations and restrictions to understand the potential legal ramifications when ordering our products.

Placing an order

What is the maximum number of orders that can be placed at one time?

There is no limit to the number of items you may order. However, there may be import restrictions on that particular substance in that quantity, so please consult with a knowledgeable specialist regarding the quantity you plan to purchase.

We encourage first-time customers to make a test purchase, and if they are satisfied with the service, we will gladly provide it again.

Do I need a prescription to order?

No, a prescription is not required.

How long does it take from order to shipment?

Once your order is complete, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to your contact e-mail address listing the items purchased.

We process and ship items within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. Overall delivery time to Australian shipping addresses is typically 5-17 days, but may be affected by a variety of circumstances, including our shipping methods, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, and international shipping. Therefore, we can only provide estimates based on our historical data and past experience.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are available?

We are one of few online steroid shops that take major credit cards as payment.

However, for first-time customers, we do not recommend using credit cards for orders totaling more than $1,050; customers ordering more than $1,050 should ideally pay by bank transfer, money transfer (such as MoneyGram), or cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin).

Customers using these payment methods do not need to identify themselves and receive a 10% discount on large orders if they do not pay by credit card.

Repeat customers receive a discount on each new order and can pay by credit card regardless of the amount.

What is the payment procedure?

After credit card payment, we may ask you to confirm your order. To do so, we will need to ask for your current phone number. If we are unable to confirm your order or contact you, your credit card payment will be declined and you will be asked to use one of the alternative payment methods listed above.

Your card will only be charged if your payment is authorized and passes our fraud prevention checks. Once your payment is approved, your payment is usually cleared and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

My card was not charged after ordering.

The funds will not be debited from your card immediately after the transaction. The confirmation process may take from 2 hours to 2 days. If your card has not been charged within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.

My billing address and delivery address are different.

As long as the name on the credit card matches the shipping address, this is not a problem. However, please note that if the payment gateway advises us to confirm this order, we will ask for additional confirmation.

If the billing country and the destination country are different, we ask that payment be made by a different payment method.

Is bank transfer available and, if so, what are its advantages?

Orders paid by bank transfer will receive a 5% discount and the bank transfer fee will be reimbursed. For example, if you have a $400 order and wish to pay by bank transfer, the amount you would send is $400 – $20 (5% off) – $40 (bank transfer fee) = $340.

If your order total exceeds $1050, we will give you a 10% discount in addition to other discounts (repeater discounts, promo codes, and exclusive special offers), plus we will cover the bank transfer fee.

European customers can pay into our EU bank account via Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN money transfer; SEPA transactions are free and a 10% discount applies to any order.

Bank transfers do not require confirmation and are usually processed and settled within 1-2 business days. As a result, you will receive your order faster.

Shipping charges

How are products delivered?

After payment is received, we will process your shipment and provide you with a tracking code within 2-5 business days.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship orders to Australia by Express Airmail. In order to reduce the possibility of items being confiscated by customs, we will only ship via regular airmail.

How do you ship bulk orders?

If your order is too large to fit into the same standard small shipping envelopes we use for small orders, we will split it into the appropriate number of smaller separate envelopes. No matter how large your order is, we promise to repackage it with the same care as a small order. Additionally, regardless of the size of your order, you will only be charged once for shipping and handling.

Is there any possibility of shipping delays?

Delivery times are affected by various factors such as postal efficiency, customs clearance, international shipping, etc. Therefore, we can only give you a rough estimate based on statistics from previous orders to your location within Australia.

On average, 80-85% of airmail packages arrive within 10 days, with the remaining 20% arriving within 10-17 business days. This is due to discrepancies between postal personnel and not due to inefficiencies on our part. Customs clearance in the country from which the products are exported and import clearance in Australia are the main causes of delays. For this reason, tracking websites often indicate that your shipment has not moved for more than 5 days.

International shipments usually pass through a post office in the country of origin, then through exportation and freight forwarding at the port of departure, transportation to destination by international mail, importation (customs clearance), and finally through a post office in Australia (or other destination country) for shipment.

The overall delivery time is affected by each subsequent stage. Even if most of these stages are successfully completed on time, inefficiency or temporary neglect in any one of them can cause the delivery date to exceed the customary and approved time range.

Can I have my package sent to a P.O. Box?

Yes, it can be sent to a P.O. Box.

Do I need to sign for the product when it arrives?

Yes, our shipping method requires your signature upon arrival.

If you receive an order and then claim that you never received anything, you can use this information to fight the false chargeback.

We have a high success rate in these credit card disputes because we provide evidence of our correspondence with the customer, the customer’s order information, photographs of the contents of the parcel prior to shipment, and evidence from the post office showing that the parcel was delivered.

The downside for you is that these false disputes will damage your credit report, affect your credit history in the long run, and you will have to pay a fine of $35 to $280 to your credit card company!

From where do you ship?

Our warehouses are located in India, Singapore, Thailand and the European Union. The company name is not printed on the packages and shipments are sent from various locations to ensure maximum discretion and likelihood of arrival.

From which countries do you accept orders?

We ship not only to Australia but also to all over the world.


What if my luggage is seized by customs?

We have a perfect track record for parcels going through Australian customs.

In the unlikely event that an item is confiscated (1% chance based on statistics over the years), we will still be able to re-deliver the item or accept credit card payments for new purchases on our site.

Once we have an official statement from the post office or customs confirming that the shipment has been stopped, we will arrange for reshipment within three business days.

How do I find my tracking code?


The tracking code will be activated 2-5 days after payment is received and the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

You can then go to our website’s My Account section and look for the tracking code underOrder history.


You will also receive an automatic email from us when a shipping tracking code becomes available.

According to the shipping tracking site, my tracking code is not recognized.

Your shipment must first be approved for export by the customs office of the exporting country. This process usually takes 72 hours. After your shipment has been approved for export, the carrier will activate the tracking code you received.

If your shipment has not been delivered after 3 business days, please notify us as your shipment may have been refused for export.

My tracking code seems to be disabled.

This usually happens when goods are held up at customs for export clearance.

This does not necessarily mean that there is a problem that you should be concerned about; if you do not see any progress on your tracking code after 10 days or more, please contact us. We also recommend that you contact your local post office with the tracking code to find out more about where the item is currently located and why it has stopped.

Order Receipt

I received my order, but it is incomplete.

If you have any problems, please contact us. We will need you to send us photos of everything you received, including the packing label. This will help us determine how this problem occurred and help us prevent similar problems in the future.

We will usually inform you of the results of our investigation within two business days. As a result, we will re-deliver the lost item(s), provide a partial refund, or compensate you with a credit or discount coupon for your next purchase.
